Fortin was founded decades ago as a family business, and is still run by the family today, which has a significant influence on our corporate culture: the working atmosphere is personal, with a flat hierarchy, and the doors to the company’s management are always open. With an average age of under 40, our 90 or so employees make up a fairly young team.
The work in the production department is special, with the team working three shifts a day, six days a week.
Even though our staff turnover is low, we are regularly recruiting new employees. If you are interested, please feel free to have a look at our job advertisements or apply for a position.
Of course, we also offer young people the chance to start their career with an apprenticeship in process engineering for the milling and grain industry (m/f/d).
